About our Ranch

Located at the base of the Little Flattops behind Yampa, the Gateway to the Flattops, our historic 20,000-acre working cattle ranch offers a rich family heritage and majestic beauty. Explore our 4,000 deeded acres, 16,000 acres of grass lease, and 1.2 million acres of Routt National Forest. Enjoy our Mountain Grass Hay, Black Angus Calves, and Ranch Raised AQHA horses. And, a rich family heritage with four generations living and working on the Ranch.
